We process and ship orders with care from our U.S. fulfillment partners. The information below outlines timelines, delivery methods, and how to get support if anything changes.

Order processing

1–2 business days, Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).

Domestic shipping

Standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

Shipping methods & estimated delivery

Estimated delivery times begin after processing is complete. At checkout, you’ll see the exact methods available for your destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days in select areas.

Tracking updates

Once your package ships, we’ll email a tracking link. Updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after label creation, especially during high-volume periods.

If tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Address accuracy & delivery

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible so we can update it before shipment.
